Intellectual property & trademark

AIRMORA is a registered European Union trademark of emwesoft sevilla slne (EUIPO No. 019198561).

This website and its content - including text, graphics, logos, layout, and software - are owned by emwesoft sevilla slne or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without permission, except as allowed by law. Open-source components included in our products are listed on our open-source licenses page.

Terms of sale

These terms govern the purchase of AIRMORA products from us. By placing an order you accept them. The contract can be concluded in English.

The product description, the total price (including any applicable VAT), the delivery costs, and the estimated delivery time are shown at checkout before you confirm your order, along with the available payment methods, the steps to place the order, and how to correct input errors. The sales contract is concluded when we confirm acceptance of your order. We may decline an order before acceptance; after acceptance, we may cancel it only where legally permitted - for example in the event of a manifest pricing error, unavailability, or suspected fraud - and will refund any amount already paid. We do not separately file the text of individual contracts; please keep the order confirmation we send you for your records.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer buying at a distance in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise it, inform us of your decision by a clear statement (for example, an email to support@airmora.com) before the 14-day period ends. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. Return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after telling us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery we offered (we need not refund any extra cost of a premium delivery option you chose), without undue delay and within 14 days of being informed of your decision, using the same means of payment you used. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of return, whichever is earlier. You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and functioning.

In addition to this statutory right, we offer a voluntary 30-day return: counted from delivery, for goods that are unused and in resaleable condition with their original accessories, with the direct return cost borne by you. This goodwill option does not affect your statutory rights above.

Model withdrawal form - To emwesoft sevilla slne, Calle Arquitectura 2, Torre 11, Planta 9, Puerta 9, 41015 Sevilla, Spain, support@airmora.com: I/We hereby give notice that I/We withdraw from my/our contract of sale of the following goods [___], ordered on [___] / received on [___]. Name of consumer(s) [___]. Address of consumer(s) [___]. Signature (only if this form is submitted on paper) [___]. Date [___].

Legal guarantee

As a consumer you are entitled to a statutory legal guarantee of conformity, which under Spanish law is three years for new goods. If goods do not conform with the contract - for example, they are faulty or not as described - you are entitled to have them brought into conformity by repair or replacement, or to an appropriate price reduction or a refund, as provided by law. This statutory right is free of charge and cannot be excluded or limited.

If you are resident in another EU country, you also keep any longer or additional guarantee period that the mandatory law of your country of residence provides. To make a claim, contact support@airmora.com.

Shipping & delivery

Shipping regions, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you (or a third party you indicate, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.

Intended use & liability

AIRMORA is an indoor air quality monitor and logger for general, informational use. It is not a medical, diagnostic, or life-safety device, and it is not a carbon-monoxide, smoke, gas-leak, or fire detector. Do not rely on it for medical decisions or for safety-critical purposes, and keep your dedicated safety alarms. Readings are indicative and can vary with conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and except where liability arises from a product defect, a lack of conformity, or another responsibility that cannot be excluded by law, we are not liable for decisions or actions taken on the basis of readings; for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss; for loss of data; or for issues arising from third-party services or automations you choose to configure (such as MQTT, Home Assistant, webhooks, or other integrations), or from use that does not follow the instructions. The website and its content are provided "as is", without warranty as to accuracy or continuous availability.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so - including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

Data protection

emwesoft sevilla slne is the controller for the personal data processed in connection with this website and your orders. How we handle personal data - including the data we process to fulfil orders - is described in our Privacy Policy. The AIRMORA device itself is private by design: it does not send your air-quality readings to us. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability by contacting info@airmora.com, and you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).

Governing law & complaints

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the country where you are habitually resident.

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support@airmora.com so we can try to resolve it directly.
